Part of a local chain, the menu has standard tandoori and curry items. There are reasonably priced lunch specials and a takeout set which is $12.95 for entree, appetizer, rice, naan, yoghurt raita, and mango chutney.

Food is good but no hospitality. Waiters ask for TIP like beggers outside the restaurant at 193 Spring street.

Baluchi's was a splendid experience with delightful and authentic indian food. The restaurants' unique and cultural design transports one from new york city to folk india I would reccomend it to anybody and everybody! (p.s. they do have tikyas)

when i ate at at baluchi's (spring street)I found the decor nicely done and the service was commendable.Upon reading the first review i think the writer of the 15% tip ....... was extremely exaggerating the story.It is one's own choice for a tip and like no other place tip should be give.All i could say is that i loved everything!
